A: We try to find the best DVD's for your family. By best
we mean quality content at a good price from a trusted source. We then act
as an affiliate to the companies that supply these DVD's and make them available
directly to you. This way we do all the ground work for you by searching
the web and directing you to the Best available Children's Stories on DVD.
Our hope is that we will save you valuable time!
Q: What if we have a problem with our order?
A: Although the first step you should take is to contact
the site where you placed the order directly, if you do not get satisfactory
results with them, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to
resolve any dispute for you. Click on the Contact tab at the top of our
pages and fill out the form, giving as much detail about the problem as
possible.
Q: Can you refund my order?
A: No. We do not ever see your credit card or payment information.
The site where you order the product does our billing for us and we receive
a commission for the sale. If you wish to receive a refund you must contact
the company directly. However, if you do not get satisfactory results with
them, please feel free to contact us. We will do our best to resolve any
dispute for you. Click on the Contact tab at the top of our pages and fill
out the form, giving as much detail about the problem as possible.
Q: Aren't your prices higher than if I go directly to
the distributors sites?
A: No. Our commission is taken out of the cost of the product
by the distributor. You will pay the same price by going directly to them
as you would by ordering through us. That's why you don't see any prices
on our site. We don't jack the price up to make a buck!
Q: So do we have to come back to your site from a distributors
site every time we want to click on a new/different product link?
A: No. You can click on a product link and go to one of
our distributors and continue shopping there until you have purchased all
the other products you want at that time. You just need to click on at least
one product link on our site to get you to that particular distributor and
they will credit all the sales of that shopping "session" to us.
Q: Do you offer affiliate sales of your products?
A: Only on the BlessedToys™ line. At this time we
do not offer affiliate sales on DVD's or other product lines. Go to our

A: Most of our DVD's are for Region 1 (Canada & United
States) DVD players. However, there is one particularly good company whose
DVD's will work in any country! See

Animated Kid's Bible Series. Some electronics companies sell DVD Players
that play any regions DVD. Check with your DVD manufacturer to know if you
can play Region 1 DVD's. Note that any english speaking customer can download
the Word Search puzzles, Coloring books & Endless Coloring Book software.
Also anyone can order any of our toys.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: Currently we ship mainly to North America (continental
US and Canada). We have tried to arrange shipping to foreign countries but
the cost is usually prohibitive to most customers.
